Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Special order items or custom-made pieces
- Sale, discounted, or final sale items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements or quality standards.

Deposits and Store Credit Policy
Any deposit or partial payment made to reserve a product, special order, or personalized item is non-refundable.
If a customer decides to cancel their order after making a deposit or partial payment, the amount paid will not be refunded to the original payment method. Instead, the paid amount will remain available as store credit for future purchases or exchanges within our store.
Store credit may be issued in the form of:
- Gift Card
- Discount Code
- Internal Store Credit
Store credit:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Is non-transferable
- May only be used toward products available in our store
- Must be used by the original customer who made the purchase
We reserve the right to approve or deny requests depending on the order status, customization process, or product condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved or denied.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
